Deon and Rachel’s Story:
After growing her family and expanding her daycare business, the writing was definitely on the wall for more living space with a 2nd bathroom. Rachel and Deon had been looking for some time but couldn’t find the right size, neighborhood and payment scenario to fit their needs – until they came across 714 Swiss Drive. Aside from already knowing a few of her future neighbors, the house’s cleanliness and oversized screened in back porch was an easy sell. They are excited to invest more of their own money in making the home more “their own” and hopefully with financial rewards from her growing daycare business, they will be in a position to convert the property into the Rent-to-Own program.
“Deon and I saw the house before the renovation and really weren’t very impressed but after seeing it a 2nd time, there was no doubt this was the home for us. It gives us a great chance to raise our kids in a good neighborhood in the school district we wanted! Thanks a lot Zach, we appreciate you!”
