Eunice and Dee’s Story:
Eunice was a dedicated schoolteacher for Polk County Schools for over 30 years. Only a few years into her retirement, she decided it was time to upgrade her living arrangements. She wanted a bigger place that was a little nicer to spend the rest of her life. Her roommate and daughter Dee also wanted a nicer home in a better neighborhood so they could feel safe. Neither of them were in a financial and credit position to buy a house but they were actively working on improving their credit and a rent-to-own program was just perfect for them.
