Larry and Summer came to us with a big desire to own a home and absolutely fell in love with the home from the first minute they saw it! They didn’t have bad credit, just needed a little bit of work. After being married for over 15 years, they decided it was time to have a place they could call “their own”! They have moved into the property and are leasing it for the next 3 months while they finish their credit improvement program.
